I am in the hospital until our little girl (and yes we still aren't sharing her name :) is born, which hopefully will be a long time. I'll spare ya the details...just give me a shout. Noah has been a great support for his mama. When he comes up and visits we usually go down to the lobby and enjoy some outside time. Noah sits on my bed and shares his lunch with me, plays blocks, cars, matching games, and colors with his mama. Joe and gramma have been super creative with the different activities they bring for Noah and I to do.
Here is Noah welcoming his daddy home from his week long deployment. Joe was able to get to me and baby girl after 36 hours and 5 different flights.
Noah and Joe waving and blowing kisses to me after visiting me in the hospital.
The blessing in the sky telling us it would be ok the first night Joe visited me in the hospital. If you look closely it is a double rainbow and God show Noah a double rainbow saying all is calm now.
All is calm now at the Newkirks. It will be a long and hard journey for all of us but with your love, support, and prayers we will be ok. Baby 2 and Noah are already competing for Mommy and daddy's attention.
